I hope that the governor will spare a little of his time to
observe the situation at Jl. Pramuka, especially in the morning.
He will witness a frightening scene as many school children try
to cross the road to get to school. Also, women have to cross the
road to get to the market, which is situated on Jl. Penggalang.
Every morning, there are many people crossing a certain part of
the road.

Vehicles plying this road tend to travel at high speeds,
simply because the road is in good condition. As a result, a
number of accidents have taken place, many of them claiming
lives. However, our appeals that a pedestrian bridge be built
over that road go unheeded.
