Flooding spreads to Kebumen

KEBUMEN, Central Java: More than 3,000 hectares of paddy were
damaged and dozens of villages in three subdistricts inundated in
flooding that hit the Kebumen regency following incessant rain
since Tuesday. No casualties were reported.

Thousands of students have not been able to go to school
because of the floods. (45)
