Increasing public demand for cooling systems is intensifying competition in Indonesia’s air conditioner (AC) industry. Manufacturers are not only racing to deliver more efficient cooling technology but also strengthening after-sales service and expanding the market segments they serve. One company reinforcing its business focus in this sector is FLiFE Indonesia. The firm, which began operations in 2022 in kitchen appliances and home appliances, is now broadening its portfolio into air conditioning to meet growing market needs. FLiFE Indonesia Vice President Nicky said customer requirements today no longer centre solely on cooling capability, but also encompass energy efficiency, user comfort, and dependable service support. He noted that market developments are pushing the company to provide more comprehensive air conditioning solutions, from household needs to the commercial sector. “Through the FLiFE Media Gathering 2026, we want to introduce more closely FLiFE’s journey as a brand that is now focused on delivering complete air conditioning solutions for the Indonesian market. We believe that customer needs today are not limited to products that simply provide cool air, but also relevant technology, reliable service, and strong after-sales support,” Nicky said in Jakarta. FLiFE currently has a Residential Air Conditioner (RAC) line for household needs, Light Commercial Air Conditioner (LCAC) products targeting cafes, restaurants, shop houses, and offices, as well as Commercial Air Conditioner (CAC) for large-scale commercial projects. Beyond expanding its product portfolio, the company is strengthening service support through 16 branch offices across various cities in Indonesia. This network is backed by an HVAC Professional Team that provides product consultation, project assistance, technical support, and on-site troubleshooting. FLiFE also offers a five-year warranty on service and spare parts, a 10-year compressor warranty, and 24-hour daily customer support. Amid rising demand for air conditioning, the company views innovation as a crucial factor in maintaining competitiveness. Product development is directed towards improving energy efficiency, user comfort, ease of installation, and device durability. One of the products introduced is the FLiFE FLOO Standard Series, which previously won the Indonesia Top Innovation Choice Award 2026. The unit features Smart Cleaner to help maintain internal cleanliness, Ultra Silence Mode for quieter operation, and anti-corrosion protection on the evaporator. Nicky stated that FLiFE will continue to expand its product lines and strengthen its service network to respond to the evolving air conditioning market. “We want to deliver solutions that provide long-term value for both customers and business partners. Therefore, product and service development will remain the company’s focus going forward,” he said. Through this strategy, FLiFE hopes to reinforce its position in the national air conditioning industry while meeting the increasingly diverse needs of the market, both in the household and commercial segments.
