The railway ticket flash sale is scheduled to run briefly today, Monday, 9 March 2026, from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM WIB. This promotion runs for only one hour, so prospective passengers need to prepare in advance to avoid missing out on tickets.
Under this programme, railway tickets are being sold at promotional prices starting from approximately IDR150,000 for economy class and approximately IDR300,000 for executive class. These promotional tickets can be used for railway journeys during the period 9-20 March 2026, coinciding with the mudik season for Nyepi and Eid al-Fitr.
How to Purchase Flash Sale Tickets
For those wishing to purchase railway tickets, whether flash sale or discounted fares, purchases can be made online through KAI’s official application. Here are the steps:
Download or open the Access by KAI application on your mobile phone.
Log in using your registered account.
Select the railway ticket booking menu.
Enter the departure station, destination, and travel date.
Select the train schedule available in the flash sale promotion.
Complete payment as quickly as possible so the ticket does not expire.
To increase the chances of obtaining a ticket, prospective passengers are advised to log into the application before the promotion begins and to prepare passenger data in advance. Additionally, ensure a stable internet connection and that your payment method is ready so the transaction can be completed quickly when the flash sale begins.
