Five questioned over Bali blasts
DENPASAR, Bali: Police are questioning five people as
witnesses in the Oct. 1 Bali suicide blasts that killed 20
people.
Bali Police spokesman Sr. Comr. A.S. Reniban said on Wednesday
the witnesses were being questioned in their respective towns,
which are outside Bali.
"We expect the witnesses to lead us to more suspects besides
the four people who have already been detained," Reniban said.
Police have named eight suspects in the bombings on three Bali
restaurants, including the three suicide bombers and Malaysian
bombmaker Azahari bin Husin who was killed in a police raid in
November.
The remaining four suspects are Mohamad Cholili, alias Yahya,
28, Anif Zulhanudin, alias Pendek, 24, Abdul Azis, 30, and Dwi
Widianto, alias Wiwid, 31. -- Antara
