Five injured in toll crash

JAKARTA (JP): Five people were injured in an accident
involving an inter-city bus and a container lorry on the Cikampek
toll road yesterday.

In the course of the accident the lorry fell on its side in
the middle of the road but no fatalities were reported.

Congestion lasted for several hours from Jatibening to the
toll gate after the accident, which occurred around 10 a.m.

All five victims were taken to the Mitra Keluarga hospital in
Bekasi, East Jakarta. A nurse at the emergency unit said they
were bus passengers Supriyanto, Masdi, Supriyatin, Yayah, and
Dudi, one of the drivers. (anr)
