A number of investment managers are preparing to launch sharia-compliant gold exchange-traded fund products on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Monday, 10 August 2026, coinciding with the anniversary of the Indonesian capital market.

Based on Indonesia Stock Exchange data, five investment managers will launch gold ETFs: PT Trimegah Asset Management, PT BRI Manajemen Investasi, PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi, PT Syailendra Capital, and PT Indo Premier Investment Management.

The first product is the Trimegah Syariah ETF Emas sharia mutual fund with the trading code XTRA. The product, managed by PT Trimegah Asset Management, will list 48 million units with an initial net asset value of Rp11.91 billion and an initial price of Rp248 per unit.

The maximum number of XTRA units is 10 billion. The product uses PT Bank HSBC Indonesia as custodian bank, with PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia and PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk as participating dealers.

“XTRA units will begin to be listed and traded on 10 August 2026,” the IDX statement said.

Next is the BRI MI Gold ETF Syariah sharia mutual fund with the code XDES, managed by PT BRI Manajemen Investasi. The ETF will list 1.7 million units with an initial net asset value of Rp1.7 billion and an initial price of Rp1,000 per unit.

XDES has a maximum of 100 billion units. PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk is appointed as custodian bank, while PT Mandiri Sekuritas serves as participating dealer. The product will also begin trading on 10 August 2026.

The third product is the Mandiri ETF Emas sharia mutual fund with the trading code XMES, managed by PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi. XMES will list 6.6 million units with an initial net asset value of Rp4.99 billion and an initial price of Rp757 per unit.

The maximum number of XMES units is 20 billion. The product uses Deutsche Bank A.G. Jakarta Branch as custodian bank and PT Mandiri Sekuritas as participating dealer. Listing and trading of XMES is scheduled to begin on 10 August 2026.

Next is the Syailendra ETF Sharia Gold sharia mutual fund with the code XSGO, managed by PT Syailendra Capital. The product will list 1.5 million units with an initial net asset value of Rp1.53 billion and an initial price of Rp1,021 per unit.

XSGO has a maximum of 10 billion units. PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk acts as custodian bank and PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia as participating dealer. XSGO units are also scheduled to begin listing and trading on 10 August 2026.

Meanwhile, PT Indo Premier Investment Management will issue the Premier ETF Gold Sharia Indonesia sharia mutual fund with the trading code XGLD. The product will list 6 million units with an initial net asset value of Rp1.54 billion and an initial price of Rp256 per unit.

XGLD has a maximum of 100 billion units. Deutsche Bank A.G. Jakarta Branch serves as custodian bank, while PT Indo Premier Sekuritas acts as participating dealer. Trading of XGLD is scheduled to begin on 10 August 2026.

Combined, the five gold ETFs will list approximately 63.8 million units in the initial phase with a total initial net asset value of around Rp21.68 billion.
