Five Classrooms Damaged After Tree Falls on Semarang Primary School

Five classrooms at SD Negeri Sendangmulyo 3 in Tembalang, Semarang, Central Java, sustained significant damage after a tree fell onto the school building. The incident occurred on Monday, 27 August, at approximately 1 p.m. local time. According to school officials, no students or teachers were harmed in the collapse. As a precautionary measure, all teaching and learning activities have been moved to alternative, secure rooms within the school premises to guarantee the safety of pupils and staff while assessments and repairs are carried out.
