Bekasi – Several residents have claimed to be victims of alleged fraud involving promotional collaboration by influencer with the Instagram account @pandu.bone, alias Pandu Sulaeman.

The alleged modus operandi involved offers for endorsements or content creation at business premises, with cooperation values varying.

One victim, Anggi Pamungkas (26), a mie ayam and bakso seller in Karangbahagia District, Bekasi Regency, stated that the number of victims currently reached five people.

“There are five victims including me. So I think if this is not taken seriously, there will be more victims later,” said Anggi when met by Kompas.com at his stall on Saturday (28 February 2026).

“From the start we wanted to file a police report, but since the police station contacted us for mediation next Monday, we haven’t filed one yet,” said Anggi.

However, amid plans for mediation, Anggi expressed regret at Pandu’s decision to upload content video at his stall during its grand opening without prior confirmation.

“Even though it was already outside the contract period, the agreement was on what date. It was only uploaded today and why wait until it goes viral before uploading,” he said.

According to Anggi, the latest agreement actually pointed towards a refund, not content publication.

“Whereas the last agreement was for a refund, but why was it uploaded?” he said.

Despite the video of his stall visit having been uploaded, Anggi emphasised that he still wanted his money returned.

“What I want is just a refund. Because this involves promotional period and two, his reputation is already bad, why would I endorse with him?” he said.

He also claimed he never received an apology or notification before the video was published.

“He also didn’t have the good faith to apologise. He has been insulting me on Instagram, on Instagram Stories, there was no apology,” he said.

“And there was no confirmation like ‘Sir, I’m uploading this video so the matter can be resolved’, there was none,” he added.
