First Time Happening, BCA to Distribute Interim Dividends Three Times a Year Starting from Q2 2026

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk or BCA has revealed its plan to distribute interim dividends (dividends paid before the end of the fiscal year) for the 2025 fiscal year three times this year.

BCA Director Vera Eve Lim stated that distributing dividends up to three times a year is something the company has never done before. The plan is to distribute dividends every quarter starting from Q2 2026 (between April-May-June).

“Usually, we do it in December, once a year. Starting this year, we will do it quarterly, starting from Q2, Q3, and Q4. So there will be three interim dividends,” she said during a press conference on Thursday (23/4/2026).

Clearly, BCA’s dividend payout ratio reaches 72 percent. This figure is an increase from the previous year’s dividend payout ratio of around 67.4 percent.

“So that hasn’t been decided yet, but that is according to our plan, the work plan for this year as well,” she added.

For information, the decision to distribute interim dividends three times a year was announced at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) held on Thursday (12/3/2026).

In the 2025 RUPST, the company also decided to distribute a final dividend of Rp 41.4 trillion for the net profit of the 2025 fiscal year amounting to Rp 57.5 trillion. Thus, each BBCA share receives a cash dividend of Rp 336.
