The South Jakarta District Court is holding the first hearing for a pre-trial lawsuit regarding the seizure carried out by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in the alleged bribery case concerning land dispute management.

The lawsuit was filed by former Deputy Chief Judge of the South Jakarta District Court, Bambang Setyawan, who is a suspect in the aforementioned case.

“Classification of the case: The validity of the implementation of coercive measures of seizure,” quoted from the official website of the Case Tracking System (SIPP) of the South Jakarta District Court.

The hearing is scheduled to begin at 10:00 WIB.

Bambang Setyawan’s pre-trial lawsuit application is registered under number 60/Pid.Pra/2026/PN JKR.SEL.

Today’s hearing agenda includes the reading of the pre-trial application.

Based on data on the official website of the South Jakarta District Court, the pre-trial application was filed on Tuesday, 28 April 2026.

The official SIPP website of the South Jakarta District Court has not yet attached the petition of Bambang Setyawan’s application.

They are the Chief Judge of the Depok District Court, I Wayan Eka Mariarta, Deputy Chief Judge of the Depok District Court, Bambang Setyawan, bailiff at the Depok District Court, Yohansyah Maruanaya, President Director of PT Karabha Digdaya, Trisnadi, and Head of Corporate Legal at PT Karabha Digdaya, Berliana Tri Kusuma.

In this case, Wayan, Bambang, and Yohansyah are alleged to have received bribes from Trisnadi and Berliana.

The case originated in 2023 when the Depok District Court granted the lawsuit of PT Karabha Digdaya, a business entity under the Ministry of Finance, in a land dispute covering 6,500 square metres in Tapos Subdistrict, Depok City, West Java.

That decision was subsequently upheld through appeals and cassation efforts.

Subsequently, in January 2025, PT Karabha Digdaya filed an execution request for land evacuation with the Depok District Court based on that decision, but the execution was not carried out until February 2025.
