First Hearing in the Acid Attack Case Against Andrie Yunus

The first hearing in the case of the acid attack on KontraS activist Andrie Yunus was held at the Military Court II-08 in Jakarta on Wednesday, 29 April 2026. The defendants, Second Lieutenant Sami Lakka, Captain Nandala Dwi Prasetya, Second Lieutenant Budhi Hariyanto Cahyono, and Sergeant Edi Sudarko, arrived for the session focused on the reading of the indictment by the Military Prosecutor regarding the acid attack on Andrie Yunus on 12 March 2026. Chief Judge Colonel Chk Fredy Ferdian Isnartanto presided over the hearing. The four defendants were seen conferring with their legal advisory team during the proceedings.
