First CFD on Rasuna Said in Jakarta Today, Check Out the Parking Areas

The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has prepared thousands of parking spaces to support the implementation of the Car Free Day (CFD), the first event on Jalan H.R. Rasuna Said in South Jakarta, on Sunday (10/5/2026). A total of 3,687 parking units are provided around the CFD area, consisting of 1,680 car slots and 2,007 motorcycle slots. The Acting Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency, Ujang Harmawan, stated that these parking pockets are prepared to anticipate the high enthusiasm of the public who want to enjoy the CFD in the Kuningan area. The DKI Provincial Government also urges the public to continue utilising public transportation to reach the event location in order to reduce vehicle density around the Kuningan and Setiabudi areas. Public transportation services such as Transjakarta and LRT Jabodebek will continue to operate during the CFD implementation. The DKI Provincial Government assesses that the Rasuna Said area has the potential to become a new public space in the centre of Jakarta’s business district, while also expanding the car-free day area in the capital.
