First center for body and soul

JAKARTA (JP): The first center for the well-being of body and
mind has opened. Stylist, which is located in southern Jakarta,
claims to be the first center with holistic treatments.

Lourda Budi Dharma, executive director of Stylist, said that
what people need today is not just a fit body but also a fit
mind.

"Some people practice regular sports and look healthy, but
because something still bothers their minds, like personal
problems or the need to make their life meaningful, they don't
feel content and look unhealthy," she told The Jakarta Post.

Therefore, she said her center not only offers body care and
beauty services but also consultations with doctors,
psychologists and religious leaders.

"So, if our clients feel that there is something inharmonious
or unbalanced in their life, besides practicing sports in our
center for making their bodies fit, they can also consult priests
or ulemas here for free," Lourda said, adding that the religious
consultations are non-profit.
