Firm plans dividends
JAKARTA (JP): PT Bhuwanatala Indah Permai, a property company, announced here yesterday it will distribute dividends of Rp 20 (0.92 U.S. cent) per share to shareholders from its 1993 after- tax profit of Rp 1.37 billion ($632,942).
A spokesman for Bhuwanatala said the company, which used to be controlled by the Summa Group and PT Putraco Indah, is now majority owned by two domestic companies, PT Tanjung Alam Permai and PT Mahendra Purwakencana, and three foreign firms, Bisen Development Inc, Yangon International Co. and Carlton Overseas Inc.
Bhuwanatala, which operates two shopping malls in Bandung, West Java, is currently constructing the five-star Pakunegara Hotel in that city. (yns)
