Fire Engulfs Three Warehouses in Kosambi, Tangerang

A fire at a motorcycle spare parts warehouse in the Kosambi industrial area, Tangerang, has not yet been extinguished. The blaze has engulfed warehouses belonging to three companies.

Footage shared by the Tangerang Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) shows flames consuming goods inside the warehouse. Firefighters are working to spray water to extinguish the fire.

“The situation is still critical,” said one officer in the video.

The Tangerang Regency Fire Department (Damkar) Operations Control Centre stated that three warehouses were on fire at the location.

Previously, the Tangerang Regency Fire Department received a report of the fire on Sunday (9/8/2026) at 11.30 WIB. Officers remain at the scene to carry out firefighting operations.

“That is correct, the location is the Centra Kosambi Industrial Estate,” said a call centre officer from the Tangerang Regency Fire Department Operations Control Centre when confirmed.

“(The object on fire) is a motorcycle spare parts warehouse,” he added.

A total of 12 fire engines have been deployed to the scene.

“(Deploying) 10 units from the Tangerang Regency BPBD and two units from the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Fire Department,” he explained.
