The Ramadhan to Idul Fitri period consistently sees significantly increased digital transaction activity. To ensure all services operate smoothly amid this surge in activity, PT Finnet Indonesia has activated the RAFI Operations Centre (Ramadhan and Idul Fitri) 1447 H / 2026.

The RAFI Operations Centre serves as the operational monitoring hub responsible for maintaining system stability, transaction security, and the reliability of digital service infrastructure during the Lebaran period. Through this centre, Finnet monitors various operational aspects of its digital services, including transaction success rates, system security, and the availability of technology infrastructure supporting the company’s services.

Monitoring also covers reconciliation and settlement processes to ensure every transaction conducted by partners and users is accurately recorded and processed. This measure anticipates the potential surge in digital transaction volume that typically occurs during Ramadhan through Idul Fitri.

To maintain optimal service delivery, Finnet has prepared standby teams working on rotation around the clock to monitor system performance and respond quickly to any service disruptions.

The RAFI 2026 Operations Centre implementation involves representatives from various work units assigned as General Managers (GM) and Duty Manager Coordinators (KoDM). They are responsible for conducting periodic operational monitoring and ensuring effective coordination between units during the standby period.

The operations centre is also equipped with virtual morning and evening briefings, as well as daily monitoring reports as part of evaluation and oversight of digital services.

Irfan Budi Ramadhan, Head of the RAFI 2026 Operations Centre, stated that establishing this centre is the company’s step to ensure all Finnet digital services remain accessible safely and stably amid increased transaction activity during Ramadhan and Idul Fitri.

“Through this RAFI Operations Centre, we ensure all Finnet services remain in optimal condition throughout the Ramadhan to Idul Fitri period. Standby teams from various work units will conduct intensive monitoring of system performance, transaction security, and infrastructure stability, so all partners and users can continue transacting safely and comfortably,” said Irfan.

Apep MK Noormansyah, Product & Operations director and Acting Director of Finance & Risk Management at Finnet, emphasised that system readiness and cross-team coordination are critical factors in maintaining digital service reliability, particularly during high-transaction periods like Ramadhan and Lebaran.

“The Ramadhan and Idul Fitri period is a period with transaction activity that tends to increase. Therefore, system readiness, infrastructure, and operational team coordination become essential so Finnet services remain reliable, secure, and able to provide optimal transaction experiences for all partners and users,” Apep said.

As part of efforts to ensure service readiness, Finnet management also held discussions with the Board of Directors of PT Infomedia during a working visit to the Infomedia Fatmawati office. The meeting discussed the readiness of the FinpayCare team in supporting service operations, particularly in handling customer and partner needs during the RAFI period.

Through the RAFI Operations Centre 1447 H / 2026 M, Finnet hopes to maintain smooth digital service operations during Ramadhan through Idul Fitri. With the support of standby teams and reliable technology infrastructure, the company is committed to ensuring every transaction conducted by the public can proceed safely, smoothly, and reliably throughout the Lebaran season.
