Finex Achieves A+++ Rating for Eighth Consecutive Time from Bappebti
Jakarta (ANTARA) - Futures brokerage firm PT Finex Bisnis Solusi Futures (Finex) has obtained an A+++ rating for the eighth consecutive time based on an evaluation by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (Bappebti) for the period January-March 2026. The periodic assessment by Bappebti covers aspects of compliance, company stability, transaction oversight, internal processes, and customer protection.
“This rating is not merely a company achievement. It reflects consistent work in maintaining governance, compliance, and service quality. For us, trader trust must be built through transparent and sustainable processes,” said Finex CEO Agung Wisnuaji in an official statement received in Jakarta on Wednesday.
He noted that investor protection issues are increasingly in the public spotlight as access to various futures trading financial instruments becomes easier for the public. He said that compliance, transparency, and customer protection factors are becoming primary considerations for investors when choosing a broker.
However, Agung acknowledged that many retail investors still enter the futures trading market without understanding the risks, transaction mechanisms, or the credibility of the firms managing their funds. His company continues to expand financial education for customers and strengthen governance to enhance investor confidence in the firm.
He believes that the healthy development of the futures trading industry is determined not only by the growing number of market participants, but also by the quality of investor understanding and trust in the institutions managing trading activities. “Our focus is not just providing trading access, but also services, education, and transparency that help traders make more responsible decisions, in line with the mission of regulators such as Bappebti, the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and Bank Indonesia in strengthening consumer protection,” said Agung Wisnuaji.
Bappebti recorded seven brokerage firms that received the highest rating based on the January-March 2026 assessment period, namely Finex, PT Valbury Asia Futures, PT Argodana Futures, PT Dupoin Futures Indonesia, PT Century Investment Futures, PT CGS International Futures Indonesia D/H, PT CGS-CIMB Futures Indonesia, and PT Gensesia Gemilang Futures.
