Financing Rises by 11 Per Cent: ACC's Strategy to Meet 2026 Targets
Astra Credit Companies (ACC) recorded an 11 per cent increase in financing for August 2026. ACC Director Dharmawan Phie stated that the number of vehicles financed also rose by 15 per cent compared to the achievements of 2025.
“Entering the remainder of this year, ACC will continue to maintain performance momentum by sharpening several priority strategies,” said Dharmawan during the Astra Media Day 2026 event at Menara Astra, Jakarta, on Wednesday (23/9/2026).
Dharmawan explained that the financing group—which comprises PT Astra Sedaya Finance (ASF), PT Astra Auto Finance (AAF), and PT Swadharma Bhakti Sedaya Finance (SBSF)—is implementing several strategies to secure its 2026 financing targets. One of these involves maximising the financing business portfolio and strengthening technological support within business operations.
“ACC is also implementing digital transformation across various business processes, ranging from financing applications to the digitalisation of customer services,” said Dharmawan.
Dharmawan noted that this digitalisation aims to increase efficiency and improve the quality of service provided to customers. To maximise the financing business portfolio, he added that ACC has introduced the ACC Danaku product to support the financing of new cars, used cars, and heavy equipment available at ACC.
“ACC Danaku is a trusted, safe, and flexible financial solution that can support community needs, ranging from dream weddings, home renovations, education, and holidays, to Hajj pilgrimages and gold investments,” Dharmawan continued.
In line with ACC’s mission, “To Promote Credit for A Better Living,” Dharmawan stated that ACC is committed to providing ease and meeting customer needs. This represents the application of technological support in business operations and the implementation of digital transformation, from financing applications to digitised customer services.
“As one of the strategies for the company’s business sustainability, ACC is also accelerating the implementation of ESG principles across all business activities,” said Dharmawan.
Dharmawan also highlighted ACC’s commitment to community empowerment within its operational areas through the ACC CSR programme, known as Desa Sejahtera Astra (Astra Prosperous Village), which is a sustainable social contribution programme. This programme focuses on the development and strengthening of villages in the fields of education, environment, and entrepreneurship, specifically in the Desa Sejahtera Astra Cibunian, Bogor.
