The Ministry of Finance will hold a rupiah-denominated government bond (SUN) auction on Tuesday, 23 June 2026, targeting proceeds of Rp 36 trillion. The auction offers nine series with coupon rates ranging from 5.87500 per cent to 7.12500 per cent, each with a nominal value of Rp 1 million.

The series with the lowest coupon, FR0109 at 5.87500 per cent, matures on 15 March 2031, while the highest-yielding series, FR0106 and FR0107 at 7.12500 per cent, mature on 15 August 2040 and 15 August 2045 respectively.

The government stated the auction is intended to meet part of the 2026 state budget (APBN) financing target. In the previous auction on 9 June, incoming bids totalled Rp 46.6 trillion, with the government absorbing Rp 26.35 trillion.

The government retains the right to sell the nine series in amounts higher or lower than the indicative target. The bond issuance supports budget financing and helps cover this year’s APBN deficit, which is targeted at Rp 689.1 trillion. Under Law No. 17 of 2025 on the 2026 state budget, total debt financing is targeted at Rp 832.2 trillion, an increase from last year’s target of Rp 775.9 trillion.
