Finance Minister attends Eid prayers at tax office, donates sacrificial cow

Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa visited the Masjid Salahuddin at the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) headquarters in Jakarta on Wednesday 27 May 2026 to perform Eid prayers. Also present were Deputy Finance Minister Juda Agung, Director General of Taxes Bimo Wijayanto, and Director General of Debt Management and Risk (DJPPR) Suminto. After the prayers, Purbaya donated an 868kg Simental cow from Blora to the Kurban committee chairman, followed by the slaughter of the animal. He arrived around 6.45am wearing a grey koko shirt, accompanied by his two children, Yudho and Yudhi.
