Finalised Case: Execution Request for Official's House Filed with Jakarta Timur District Court

Aziz Anugerah Yudha Prawira, as the execution applicant, has officially submitted a request to vacate the house currently occupied by Putri Zulkifli Hasan, daughter of the Coordinating Minister for Food Affairs, Zulkifli Hasan. This legal action follows the land dispute case being declared final and binding (inkrah) by the Supreme Court (MA). The execution request has been registered at the Jakarta Timur District Court (PN Jaktim) under application number 21/Pdt.Eks/2026/PN Jkt. Tim. The disputed object is land and a building measuring 1,483 square metres located at Jalan Nusa Indah Raya, Cipinang Muara, Jatinegara. “We request the Chief Judge of the Jakarta Timur District Court to promptly execute the decision that has gained final and binding force. This case was decided by the MA on 22 October 2025,” stated the applicant’s legal representative, Yayan Riyanto, in his remarks on Wednesday (1/4/2026). The case stems from a loan agreement worth Rp5.5 billion secured by the certificate of the house owned by Yayan’s client. However, the applicant suspects document manipulation by the notary and respondents, turning the loan agreement into a Deed of Sale and Purchase (AJB) without the original owner’s knowledge. The certificate then changed hands several times until it ended up in the possession of Putri Zulkifli Hasan (Respondent III). Yayan stated that the respondents’ actions have caused his client losses amounting to tens of billions of rupiah. “If the disputed object is sold, its value reaches Rp30 billion. Our client feels trapped by the sale deed formalities, whereas the original intention was a loan,” Yayan explained. Yayan revealed that his side had attempted persuasive communication and sent letters to Putri Zulkifli Hasan for voluntary vacating, but received no positive response. He also emphasised that the Review Application (PK) currently being filed by Putri’s side cannot halt the execution. “According to legal provisions, a PK does not suspend execution. We urge public officials and political figures involved to uphold the law and set an example for society,” he asserted.
