Film on founding fathers of RI

We are witnessing an enthusiastic welcome for the 50th
anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia's independence. This
indicates that the people's nationalism is still alive in their
hearts. But, whilst experiencing this state of ecstasy, I was
struck by the fact that I have never seen a film on the founding
fathers who led this country to freedom.

Every year we watch a tragic event on TV, i.e., the atrocities
of the communists in their 30 September 1965 abortive coup
attempt and how the people, led by the Army, struggled, body and
soul, to crush the communists.

Therefore, I earnestly hope that a film producer or the
appropriate institution will make a film depicting the struggle
of our founding fathers to free the country from the yoke of
colonialism.
