PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) has won five awards at the HR Asia Awards 2026. The awards are given to companies deemed committed to building a safe, healthy, inclusive workplace that supports employee talent development. The awards were received on Friday, 5 June 2026, at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta Pacific Place. The five awards include the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards 2026, HR Asia Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Awards 2026, HR Asia People Transformation Awards 2026, HR Asia Sustainable Workplace Awards 2026, and HR Asia Tech Empowerment Awards 2026. FIFGROUP Director Esther Sri Harjati stated that the company continues to uphold its commitment to building the best workplace, describing it as a shared journey. The company wants all FIFGROUP employees to feel involved, heard, and empowered. This achievement reflects FIFGROUP’s efforts to build a human resources ecosystem that focuses not only on performance but also on the overall employee experience. Through an integrated approach, Esther said, the company fosters a work culture that encourages engagement, equality, innovation, and sustainability, aligned with the Astra Catur Dharma philosophy and sustainability values. The HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia award represents the high level of employee engagement and satisfaction with the work environment at FIFGROUP. This is inseparable from the company’s efforts to create an open, collaborative, and individual development-oriented work culture based on its TEAM values: Teamwork, Excellence, Achieving, and Moving Forward. Meanwhile, the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion award underscores FIFGROUP’s commitment and efforts to ensure every individual has equal opportunities to grow by integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into employee welfare initiatives. The transformation carried out by FIFGROUP in human resources management was also a key factor in winning the People Transformation Awards. Various competency development initiatives, the digitalisation of HR processes, and strengthening HR’s role as a strategic business partner form the foundation for navigating the ever-changing industry dynamics. FIFGROUP’s commitment to sustainability is also realised through various programmes focused on employee welfare and a healthy work environment, leading to the Sustainable Workplace Awards. This approach positions sustainability not only as a business strategy but also as part of the corporate culture. Furthermore, the utilisation of technology in supporting HR management is one of FIFGROUP’s strengths, reflected in the Tech Empowerment award. Strengthening the digitalisation ecosystem across various aspects, from recruitment processes to employee development, enables the company to create a more effective, efficient, and data-driven work experience. Esther emphasised that for FIFGROUP, these achievements are not the end point but a reminder to continue placing people at the centre of attention. Those who contribute every day, whether in the office, in the field, or within the community, are an important part of the company’s efforts to realise a better life for the Indonesian people. In line with Astra’s 2030 Sustainability Aspirations, FIFGROUP is committed to continuously integrating sustainability principles into its business strategy, human resource development, and various social initiatives.
