FIFGROUP Expands Kampung Sehat Benefits with Proper Sanitation and Stunting Prevention
FIFGROUP continues to expand the benefits of its Kampung Sehat programme in support of improving public health quality.
In 2026, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme under the FIFGROUP Sehat pillar arrives with an increasingly comprehensive approach through improving community sanitation quality and supporting nutritional fulfilment and stunting prevention.
This effort is realised through the continued construction of communal Wastewater Treatment Plants (IPAL) and the development of the Sehat Ceria Tanpa Stunting (SeCanting) programme.
This year, the communal IPAL programme is continued in several areas of South Jakarta and expanded to Rangkasbitung, Lebak, Banten, while SeCanting reaches four sub-districts in South Jakarta.
The inauguration of Kampung Sehat FIFGROUP 2026 took place in Ciganjur Urban Village, Jagakarsa District, South Jakarta. Through this programme, FIFGROUP integrates support for environmental sanitation with efforts to improve children’s health and development.
FIFGROUP Director Esther Sri Harjati said the development of Kampung Sehat FIFGROUP is part of the company’s efforts to deliver broader and more sustainable benefits to the community.
“Through this programme, we want to provide more comprehensive support, from creating a clean and healthy environment through sanitation facilities to fulfilling nutrition and preventing stunting,” she said in a statement on Tuesday (25/8/2026).
She expressed hope that this can provide sustainable benefits for the community and support the growth and development of Indonesia’s younger generation.
Deputy Mayor of South Jakarta Administration, Firmanudin Ibrahim, also expressed his appreciation for FIFGROUP’s support of government programmes in the field of public health.
He thanked and greatly appreciated FIFGROUP for continuously supporting government programmes, including in realising an Open Defecation Free (ODF) environment and stunting prevention efforts through Kampung Sehat FIFGROUP.
“We hope this good collaboration can continue and provide increasingly broad benefits for the community,” said Firmanudin.
The construction of FIFGROUP’s communal IPAL has been ongoing since 2020 with the aim of improving community sanitation quality while supporting the creation of an Open Defecation Free (ODF) environment.
By the end of 2025, the construction of FIFGROUP’s communal IPAL had benefited 674 people across six locations. This commitment is continued in 2026 through the construction of communal IPAL in several areas of South Jakarta, namely Gandaria Selatan, Ciganjur, Bangka, and Kalibata.
The programme’s benefits are then extended beyond DKI Jakarta through the construction of a communal IPAL in Rangkasbitung, Lebak, Banten. With this continuation, by 2026 the FIFGROUP communal IPAL programme has benefited a total of 1,218 people.
The continuation of this programme is part of FIFGROUP’s commitment to supporting the creation of a cleaner and healthier environment through the provision of proper sanitation facilities for the community.
In addition to strengthening support in the sanitation sector, in 2026 FIFGROUP is also expanding the benefits of Kampung Sehat through the Sehat Ceria Tanpa Stunting (SeCanting) programme.
The presence of SeCanting complements the communal IPAL programme so that Kampung Sehat FIFGROUP not only focuses on environmental health, but also on nutritional fulfilment and stunting prevention. SeCanting has been run by FIFGROUP since 2022 and continues to be developed from year to year.
Throughout 2024 to 2025, the SeCanting programme has been implemented in 12 locations and reached a total of 1,086 beneficiaries, consisting of 561 children, 250 pregnant women, and 275 adolescents and prospective brides.
In 2026, SeCanting is being implemented in four sub-districts in South Jakarta, namely Cilandak, Jagakarsa, Mampang Prapatan, and Pancoran. The programme targets 120 children with malnutrition and stunting conditions, and provides education to pregnant women and prospective brides.
Through the strengthening of communal IPAL and SeCanting, it is hoped that increasingly comprehensive benefits can be delivered.
FIFGROUP is committed to continuously strengthening collaboration with the government and various stakeholders in delivering social programmes that provide real and sustainable benefits for the community.
In accordance with its mission, which is “Bringing a Better Life to Society.”
