Digital infrastructure and services company PT Ekamas Mora Republik Tbk, or MoraRepublic, is targeting the addition of 1.5 million subscribers in 2026 after completing its business merger with PT Eka Mas Republik. The target is part of the company’s strategy to expand its integrated digital infrastructure ecosystem in Indonesia.

President Director and Chief Executive Officer of PT Ekamas Mora Republik Tbk, Timotius Max Sulaiman, stated that this achievement reflects the success of the company’s strategy in broadening its service reach while improving operational efficiency.

“The company successfully maintained healthy growth momentum throughout 2025 by strengthening its core business through fibre optic network expansion, accelerating FTTH and FTTX expansion, and bolstering network capacity to meet the surge in retail and enterprise connectivity needs. We view the continuously increasing demand for connectivity as a long-term opportunity that we will continue to optimise through sustainable infrastructure investment,” Timotius said during the Annual Public Presentation in Jakarta on Monday (15/6).

MoraRepublic previously completed its business merger with PT Eka Mas Republik on 22 April 2026. After the merger became effective, the combined company’s homepass connections increased to more than 12.7 million as of 30 April 2026. The length of the fibre optic backbone and access network also grew to more than 166,000 kilometres.

Additionally, the combined retail subscriber count was recorded at more than 2.6 million, while enterprise subscribers reached over 17,000. In the development of Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), the company recorded more than 200 on-air FWA sites spread across 90 cities and regencies in Indonesia.

To maintain post-merger momentum, MoraRepublic is targeting the addition of 5 million homepass connections, expansion of the FTTH network to 186 cities and regencies, and the construction of more than 1,000 FWA sites. This expansion is expected to strengthen the company’s broadband service coverage in both the retail and enterprise segments.

In terms of 2025 performance, MoraRepublic recorded operational and financial growth. The company’s homepass connections before the merger grew by approximately 36% to more than 1 million, from 788,000 the previous year. Retail subscribers rose by about 46% to more than 330,000, while enterprise subscribers grew by approximately 44% to over 17,000.

The company’s fibre optic network length as of 31 December 2025 reached approximately 58,000 kilometres. Bandwidth capacity also increased by around 18% to approximately 38 Tbps.

This operational performance also boosted the company’s revenue. Retail segment revenue grew by about 21% to approximately Rp1.3 trillion, while wholesale revenue increased to around Rp876 billion. EBITDA was recorded at approximately Rp2 trillion, up about 9.8% compared to the previous year.

MoraRepublic’s net profit surged by approximately 96.5% to nearly Rp516 billion in 2025, from around Rp263 billion the previous year.

On the backbone and last-mile access network side, MoraRepublic is also developing the Rising 8 Project, connecting Jakarta, Batam, and Singapore. This project utilises a submarine fibre optic cable network spanning 1,128.5 kilometres with submarine cable repeater system technology.

MoraRepublic is an integrated digital infrastructure and services company born from the merger of PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk and PT Eka Mas Republik. The company integrates a high-capacity backbone network with fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) services to reach customers directly.
