Ferromanagnese dumping charge

JAKARTA (JP): The Indonesian Antidumping Committee (KADI) said on Monday that it had launched an antidumping investigation on ferromanganese and silicon manganese imports from India, South Korea and Singapore.

"Our research found strong indications of imported ferromanganese and silicon manganese with dumping prices from these three countries," KADI chairman Riyanto B. Yosokumoro was quoted as saying by Antara.

He said the decision to investigate the imports from India, South Korea and Singapore followed complaints filed by PT Maxi Mangando Industry.

KADI, he said, would notify the three countries' producers of ferromanganese and silicon manganese of the dumping charges for Indonesia.

The notification would include questionnaires, and a copy of Maxi Mangando's complaint letter to KADI, he added. (bkm)
