Female Victim of False Imprisonment Demands Severe Punishment for Taufik Hidayat: 'Let Him Feel It'

YTR (29), the victim of abuse and false imprisonment by Taufik Hidayat for three years, has said she feels calmer now that the perpetrator has been arrested. She wants Taufik to receive a severe punishment. This was conveyed by YTR through a video shared by the Instagram account @erni1.986, who is YTR’s aunt. The victim is still undergoing treatment at Hasan Sadikin Hospital (RSHS) in Bandung. “Alhamdulillah, I am very happy, thank you to the Regional Police Chief for helping me, I am happy again, I feel calmer because he has been arrested,” said YTR when asked about her hopes by her aunt, Erni Heryadi (39). YTR wants her boyfriend, who abused her, to be given a heavy sentence. “I want him to be punished as severely as possible. Let him feel what I felt,” added YTR. Meanwhile, YTR’s father stated that he wants Taufik Hidayat to be sentenced to life imprisonment because the perpetrator has left his daughter disabled. “Punish him as severely as possible, because we are a nation of laws. Life imprisonment, because YTR is disabled for life,” said YTR’s father when questioned by Erni.
