The Attorney General’s Office investigation team has revealed that the case files for suspects including the former Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus), Febrie Adriansyah, and Don Ritto, regarding corruption and money laundering (TPPU), have been declared complete.

The Head of the Legal Information Centre of the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia, Anang Supriandum, stated that the case files were declared complete as of Wednesday, 16 September 2026.

“Yesterday, it was declared complete and P21,” Anang told reporters on Thursday, 17 September 2026.

Furthermore, Anang explained that the files declared complete and to be transferred on Friday, 18 July 2026, involve suspects Febrie Adriansyah, Don Ritto, and Nurman Herin.

“(FA, DR, and NH, all three will be transferred tomorrow) is correct,” Anang clarified.

Meanwhile, Anang has not yet provided specific details regarding the exact timing of the transfer for the three suspects. However, it has been confirmed that the transfer will take place tomorrow.

It was previously reported that the former Jampidsus, Febrie Adriansyah, had his status as a prosecutor temporarily suspended by the Attorney General, ST Burhanuddin, effective from Friday, 31 July 2026.

The Head of the Legal Information Centre of the Attorney General’s Office, Anang Supriatna, explained that this suspension was implemented while awaiting a final and legally binding decision (inkracht).

“It is true, a letter has been issued regarding the temporary suspension effective from 31 July, pending a legally binding decision,” Anang explained to reporters on Wednesday, 5 August 2026.

Anang noted that, in this matter, the office continues to uphold the presumption of innocence until a final, binding verdict is reached.

However, during this temporary suspension, Anang revealed that Febrie still receives 50 per cent of his basic salary.

“During this temporary suspension, he only receives 50% of his basic salary; allowances have been ceased. This will only change once a final, binding decision is reached,” he explained.
