FEB UIN Jakarta Strengthens Governance Through Academic Profile Map of Lecturers
The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University (UIN) Jakarta has published a lecturer profile guidebook for the 2026 Master of Management programme to strengthen institutional governance instruments. FEB UIN Jakarta Dean Prof Dr Ibnu Qizam stated that the comprehensive document is designed to map the academic expertise, research track records, and practical experience of the teaching staff. He said the Dean’s office projects this database as a quality assurance benchmark to support sustainable human resource development.
Ibnu added that the Master of Management (MM) programme, in particular, strengthens the institutional existence of UIN Jakarta’s Faculty of Economics and Business. “MM UIN Jakarta presents management sciences that integrate Islam and practical management skills,” he said.
Referring to the published academic profiles, Ibnu explained that the senior lecturer cluster in Financial Management is led by Prof Dr Ahmad Rodoni. He is a full Professor who completed his Doctor of Business Administration in Financial Management in 2001. Prof Rodoni has a long track record of bureaucratic leadership, including serving as Vice Rector for General Administration at UIN Jakarta for the 2019–2023 period, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs at FEB, and an assessor for the National Accreditation Agency for Higher Education (BAN-PT) since 2008.
Furthermore, Ibnu revealed that financial research focus in the master’s programme is reinforced by several senior academics holding the title of Associate Professor, including Dr. Ahmad Rodoni, Dr Indo Yama, who currently serves as Director of Finance and Information Technology at Haji Jakarta Hospital, and Dr Titi Dewi Warninda, whose research on Islamic banking income volatility, risk management, and poverty mitigation has received grant funding from the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
In the pillar of Human Resource Management and Islamic Business Ethics, there is Dr Suhendra, who served as Vice Dean for General Administration at FEB UIN Jakarta for the 2020–2023 period and is active as a national-level jury for Islamic education performance. Ibnu explained that the operational and quantitative methods line has gained new energy with the joining of Dr Ahmad Firdaus, a young academic who previously had a teaching track record at Batanghari University and the Open University.
“Through this precisely documented mapping of lecturer expertise, the management of FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta is optimistic about delivering accountable governance to meet the challenges of global higher education based on international recognition,” said Ibnu Qizam.
