Fauzi Amro-Anggawira Leads HA IPB, Management Filled with Ministers to Academics
The DPP HA IPB executive board for the 2025-2029 period relies on a series of national figures who hold strategic positions in the cabinet and government. They have stepped forward to become part of the association’s top management. “The inauguration of the executive board serves as a moment of legitimisation as well as reinforcement of the vision and commitment for the upcoming management,” stated Fauzi Amro in his remarks on Friday (1/5/2026). Several prominent names now joining the HA IPB ranks include Head of the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) Arif Satria, Minister of National Development Planning/Head of Bappenas Rahmat Pambudy, Deputy Minister of Finance Juda Agung, Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) Dadan Hindayana, and several other key figures. From the circulating data on prospective executives, other names include Edi Baskoro Yudhoyono, Aviliani, Herman Khaeron, TNI Admiral (Ret.) Ade Supandi, Bustanul Arifin, Said Didu, Andi Yuliani Paris, Didin S Damanhuri, Didiek J Rahbini, and others. This new strength in the executive board will be formalised through a series of events including the Inauguration, National Work Meeting (Rakernas), Halalbihalal, and the Launch of Strategic Programmes held at the Borobudur Hotel, Jakarta, on 1-2 May 2026. As a concrete step towards achieving financial independence, HA IPB is preparing to launch several strategic initiatives. One of them is the presence of ‘HA Hub Jakarta’, which will serve as a space for interaction, business incubation, and a professional networking centre for alumni in the capital. In addition, plans for building a hotel at the IPB Bogor Alumni Building will be inaugurated to optimise assets. HA IPB is also revamping the ‘HA Peduli’ programme to have a broader impact, not just ceremonial, through events such as IPB RUN, golf tournaments, charity concerts, and other sports competitions.
