Fatmawati, model hospital
Fatmawati, model hospital
From Republika
As a participant in the compulsory health insurance scheme, I
last used the health facilities of Fatmawati General Hospital in
South Jakarta on July 19, followed by my wife, who later
underwent orthopedic surgery.
What we experienced in this hospital is the dream of all
retirees, namely, good health care for those with insurance in
their old age.
Fatmawati has it all: Clean and well maintained hospital
facilities, good administration and efficient management,
hospitable and professional medical staff, as well as smooth
service from its laboratory, radiology unit, physiotherapy unit,
etc.
I believe that what Fatmawati has to offer is inseparable from
the dream of creating a new, clean and hospitable Indonesia, free
from all forms of hostility. The hospital must truly have an
excellent leader capable of properly directing his staff, amid
the generally unsatisfactory service offered by public
institutions in this country.
The other general and military hospitals should check whether
or not their facilities and services are a match for those
offered by Fatmawati General Hospital.
