Father, two sons die in accident

SEMARANG: A man and two of his sons were killed and his wife was seriously injured when their car collided with a bus in a southern suburb on Saturday.

Chief of the Smmarang police precinct Lt. Col. Nicodemus Alle said investigation showed that the accident happened because the man, 35-year-old Rinaldi, was drowsy.

"He lost control and his car hit an oncoming bus," he told The Jakarta Post.

The deceased children were identified as Alfian, 10, and Ilham, aged five days. Rinaldi's wife, Purwati, 33, is under intensive medication. (pan)
