Faster Licensing Services Boost Mataram DPMPTSP Performance

The performance of the Mataram City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP) has improved, placing it among the top 40 nationally. Based on the assessment of the Ministry of Investment and Downstream Industry/Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), Mataram City is now ranked 34th out of 508 cities and regencies across Indonesia. This marks a significant leap from the previous year, when the city was ranked 74th. Head of DPMPTSP Mataram City, Novian Rosmana, stated that this achievement is the result of the agency’s hard work in improving services, particularly through the fast-track licensing programme. This programme allows permits to be issued within 30 minutes, provided all requirements are complete. Novian explained that the assessment was based on 12 indicators, including service quality, infrastructure, and innovation. He added that his agency will continue to innovate to provide the best service to the community and investors, with the aim of further improving its ranking in the future.
