Farabi El Fouz Appointed Deputy Coordinator for Community Empowerment at West Java Golkar
Farabi El Fouz has been officially entrusted with the mandate of Deputy Coordinator for Community Empowerment at the Golkar Party’s Regional Leadership Council (DPD) of West Java. The appointment was formalised in Decree Number Skep-167/DPP/GOLKAR/VI/2026, signed directly by Golkar Party General Chairman Bahlil Lahadalia.
Farabi welcomed the trust from the Golkar Party Central Leadership Council with gratitude and a commitment to carry out the mandate to the fullest. According to him, the position is not merely a structural role, but a responsibility to strengthen the party’s role in responding to the needs of the community through real and sustainable empowerment programmes.
Farabi stressed that the Community Empowerment division has a strategic role in building closeness between the Golkar Party and the public. He is therefore committed to presenting various programmes that can improve the quality of life, strengthen the grassroots economy, encourage the development of MSMEs, and build collaboration with various elements, from community organisations and communities to youth groups.
“I would like to express my gratitude for the trust given by the General Chairman of the Golkar Party, Mr Bahlil Lahadalia, along with the Central Leadership Council, and especially to the Chairman of the West Java Golkar DPD, Kang Daniel Muttaqien. I will carry out this mandate with full responsibility and dedication,” Farabi said on Saturday (4/7/26).
He also affirmed his readiness to synergise with all Golkar Party officials in West Java to implement party programmes that side with the people. “I am ready to synergise with all Golkar Party cadres and officials in West Java. I am also ready to follow the direction of the General Chairman of the Golkar Party, Mr Bahlil Lahadalia, and the Chairman of the West Java Golkar DPD, Kang Daniel Muttaqien, to grow the Golkar Party and provide the greatest possible benefit to the people of West Java,” he stressed.
Farabi hopes that this mandate will serve as motivation to continue working, serving, and delivering community empowerment programmes that have a direct impact. He believes that with a spirit of togetherness, organisational solidarity, and strong synergy between central and regional officials, the Golkar Party will be increasingly able to answer the challenges of development and strengthen its presence within the community.
