Famine in Papua

I was both sad and angry to learn from news reports about the
famine in Papua. How could this be? What has the local government
been doing so far? Is the local government so greedy
that it allows the people to live in hunger?

Mr. President, how can you let those officials ruin the
community? Why don't you punish them?
