PT Danantara Asset Management (Persero) has issued Circular Letter No. SE/002/DI-DAM/DO/2025 on the Code of Conduct and Professionalism for Directors and Boards of Commissioners. The circular was issued in Jakarta on 31 October 2025 and signed by president director Dony Oskaria.

One of the provisions attracting the most attention concerns the use of company facilities, including accommodation and protocol services, for personal purposes.

The rules state that company facilities may be used only for operational and business activities, not for the personal interests of officials or their families. Their use must also comply with applicable provisions, be reasonable and take the company’s financial position into account.

“Company facilities may only be used to support the company’s operational and business activities, not for personal or family interests,” the rules state.

The circular also prohibits directors and commissioners from using protocol services, patrols or road escorts for personal purposes or non-operational activities. Protocol services are restricted to official duties and must be used at a reasonable frequency in line with protocol ethics standards.

Patrols and road escorts may not be used for day-to-day operational activities. If required for specific purposes, their use must comply with the applicable laws and regulations.

The guidelines also bar directors and commissioners from using official vehicles, travel and accommodation facilities, or other company facilities for family members if this would result in additional costs being charged to the company.
