Fake lubricants confiscated

PEMALANG, Central Java: Police recently confiscated thousands
of gallons of fake lubricants here in cans and plastic containers
bearing labels such as Mesran Super 20/W/50, Mesran B-40, Mesran
2T Super, Meditran B-40, and Rored HD I.

The containers were in red cans and yellow and green plastic
bottles, according to Pemalang Police Chief Lt. Col. Sangadi. He
named the three companies that produced the fake lubricants as PT
ABA, PT UNS and PT ICAO.

Sangadi said he had reported the counterfeit to Central Java
Police in order to prevent or contain distribution of the oil to
other areas in the province. (wah)
