Surely, all of us want clean, smart and honest councillors, because they are the people's representatives. Thus, those who have used fake diplomas should be replaced as soon as possible. They don't deserve to be called councillors. How could they voice the people's inspiration as they, like corruptors, are liars.

The difficulty lies in how to investigate such cases, considering that these bogus diplomas are approved and registered by education institutions. But, the holders of fake diplomas never attended classes. Also, they got them from unpopular universities or colleges.

So, to determine the truth, investigators should visit the schools that authorized these fake diplomas, and should check with teachers as to whether the holders of fake diplomas were their students or not.

I believe that holders of fake diplomas could be charged under the Criminal Code or the Educational Law.
