Fahd A Rafiq Becomes a KPK Suspect for the Third Time
The KPK has detained Fahd El Fouz, alias Fahd A Rafiq. The Golkar deputy chairman was detained after being caught in a sting operation at the Bogor Regency National Land Agency (BPN) office yesterday.
According to detikcom’s observations at the KPK building in Kuningan, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (15/9/2026), Fahd came down from the second-floor interrogation room at 17:30 WIB. He was seen wearing an orange detainee vest and was in handcuffs.
Fahd left the KPK building escorted by officers and was taken directly into a detainee transport vehicle. This is the third time Fahd has become a suspect at the KPK.
Fahd was one of those caught in the KPK sting operation at the Bogor Regency National Land Agency (BPN) office. The operation was linked to alleged bribery in the processing of building use rights (HGB).
In addition to Fahd, the KPK detained seven other individuals. They are:
Lampri, Director-General of Land and Spatial Control and Order (PPTR) at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN);
Sontang Coin Manurung, Head of the Bogor Regency Land Office;
Rizal Pahlefi;
Arif Sugiyanto, former Regent of Kebumen;
Adrianto Pitojo Adhi, President Director of Summarecon Agung;
Erwin;
Muhammad Fakhry.
The KPK also secured dozens of boxes and suitcases filled with cash. In addition to rupiah banknotes, the KPK team also seized foreign currency.
The KPK has not yet disclosed the total value of the seized money, stating it will announce the details at a press conference.
“The KPK has conducted a case review at the leadership level, and it has been decided that this case will proceed to the investigation stage,” KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo told reporters on Tuesday (15/9).
