Facing Eid Holiday Peak Season, InJourney Prioritises Customer Experience
InJourney Group will work tirelessly to ensure that the public’s activities during Eid receive a memorable and meaningful experience, whether at airports, tourist destinations, retail, or hotels. The Eid momentum serves as a strategic opportunity to drive an increase in domestic traffic.
This was conveyed by InJourney’s Corporate Communication Manager, Pardika Dewi, regarding the company’s activities during the Eid holiday. “As a state-owned enterprise holding in the aviation and tourism sector, InJourney views the Eid holiday as a strategic opportunity to encourage an increase in domestic traffic,” said Pardika Dewi.
The government’s Work From Anywhere (WFA) policy, she continued, also extends the period of public mobility, thereby providing a positive impact on tourist movements.
While the public enjoys the holiday period, according to Pardika Dewi, InJourney Group is working full throttle to ensure every visitor receives a memorable and meaningful experience, whether at airports, tourist destinations, retail, or hotels. “We prioritise customer experience through the optimisation of facilities, services and operations, as well as the readiness of human resources across all lines,” she said.
For destinations managed by InJourney Destination Management, such as Prambanan, Ratu Boko, and Borobudur, Pardika Dewi is optimistic about a 4-5 percent increase in visits. This is particularly due to the majority of returnees coming from Central Java, Yogyakarta, and surrounding areas.
“Various activations that we have prepared are expected to further add to the merriment and attractiveness for tourists during the Eid period,” Pardika stated.
