Facility Completeness Boosts Investment Value of the Area
The self-contained city of CitraRaya Tangerang is expanding its infrastructure portfolio to reinforce its position as one of the largest integrated residential centres west of Jakarta. The township, developed by Ciputra Group on 2,760 hectares of land, is preparing to introduce a new international educational facility, Inspirasi Schools.
Inspirasi Schools is an educational institution that adopts Singapore’s leading educational models and standards. The school was founded by Jaspal Sidhu, an internationally recognised figure as the Founder and Chairman of SIS Group. The presence of this school is projected to boost living comfort as well as long-term investment value for residents.
Senior Marketing Manager of CitraRaya Tangerang, Joni Jingga, explained that integrating premium educational facilities within the township is part of the company’s blueprint commitment to comprehensively support the growth and development of modern families.
“As a continuously developing self-contained city, we are committed to providing various facilities and property products that can meet the needs of today’s society and the future. The presence of new educational facilities such as Inspirasi Schools is part of our effort to create an environment that supports the holistic growth and development of families,” Joni stated in a written release on Monday (22/6/2026).
Joni added that CitraRaya Tangerang’s consistent growth is driven by the completeness of its integrated ecosystem, ranging from shopping centres, commercial areas, hospitals, sports areas, to green open spaces.
“Supported by increasingly complete facilities, continuously developing connectivity, and various choices of residential and investment products, we are optimistic that CitraRaya Tangerang will continue to be the primary choice for people seeking a better quality of life as well as sustainable investment value,” Joni elaborated.
Parallel with the development of city facilities, CitraRaya Tangerang is also capitalising on the area’s growth momentum by rolling out a stimulus for the national property market. Currently, the developer is offering a special financing programme featuring 0% interest with a tenure of up to 3 years for selected units.
The payment scheme, designed to ease the financial burden of prospective buyers, is scheduled to end on 30 June 2026. In addition to residential products, the developer is also offering ready-to-build plots for those requiring flexibility in designing personal homes or for asset investment purposes.
With these massive and sustainable developments, Ciputra Group is optimistic that CitraRaya Tangerang can maintain its position as the most favoured self-contained residential destination in Tangerang and its surrounding areas.
