Exxon May Delay Cepu Oil Drilling on Rig Scarcity

The funny thing is that there are rigs, pipe casing, bits, etc. all over this country, but there is so much B.S. to get anything done, that it's crazy.

Your right though,there is no way they will drill 34 wells this year or probably next year either.
