Extra fuel for Idul Fitri

JAKARTA (JP): Pertamina, the state-owned oil company, will
increase fuel supplies to the public during the Idul Fitri
festivities.

Sanusi announced over the weekend that supplies will be increased
by 10 percent for gasoline and four percent for diesel fuel.

He said the extra 10 percent supply of gasoline was based on
the assumption that the number of vehicles will increase during
the Moslem holidays, which fall on March 3 and 4.

Sanusi said Pertamina has asked gas stations to stay open 24
hours during Idul Fitri. (25)
