Export Success: Local Gift Wrapping Paper from Sleman Breaks into United States Market

In the atmosphere of the holy month of Ramadhan, PT IGP Sleman has successfully exported gift wrapping paper products to the international market, specifically to the United States. The export shipment was dispatched on 13 March 2026.

During the process, Yogyakarta Customs conducted supervision of the stuffing and departure of the export goods. This oversight was conducted to ensure that all customs procedures had been properly fulfilled so that the export process could run smoothly and in accordance with applicable regulations.

The gift wrapping paper products exported represent domestic production that possesses quality and competitiveness in the global market. This export success demonstrates that Yogyakarta’s industry remains capable of maintaining productivity and expanding its international market presence, even during the Ramadhan period.

Imam Sarjono, Head of Yogyakarta Customs Office, stated that his office remains committed to providing the best service for business actors engaging in export activities.
