Export of 12 Tonnes of Grouper to Hong Kong: Madura's Fisheries Potential Reaches Global Markets

PT Bahari Dewata Sejahtera has successfully exported 12 tonnes of live grouper to Hong Kong, China. This premium commodity originates from Sapeken Island, Sumenep Regency, Madura, which has long been recognised as one of the centres for high-quality marine products in East Java.

The export of live grouper was undertaken to meet the high international market demand for Indonesian fishery products. The success of this shipment serves as evidence that fishery products from the Madura archipelago possess the competitiveness required to attract consumers in the global market.
