Expo Considered a Marketing Breakthrough in the Direct Selling Industry
Andrew Susanto, Chairman of the Indonesian Direct Selling Association (AP2LI), believes that organising expos represents a significant marketing breakthrough available to companies in the direct selling industry.
“An expo like this is one of the marketing breakthroughs for direct selling companies. The direct selling industry must constantly innovate in introducing products to the public,” said Andrew during his opening remarks at the Wellness, Home & Living Expo, organised by QNET Indonesia from 17–23 August 202<0xC2>6 at Mall Puri Indah, Jakarta.
The event is viewed as part of the company’s efforts to present a more innovative marketing approach, providing the public with the opportunity to become more familiar with products through direct experience.
Driving Innovation
“For QNET Indonesia, the success of the Wellness, Home & Living Expo is not only measured by holding an event in a shopping centre, but also by how the company can create new ways to introduce products and build closer interactions with the community,” said Ade Suci Sukmawati, General Manager of QNET Indonesia, in a written statement on Sunday (30/8/2026).
Ade Suci Sukmawati added that amidst evolving consumer behaviours that increasingly prioritise experience, education, and direct access to products, companies in the direct selling industry are required to continuously adapt and develop more relevant marketing approaches.
“Through activities such as the Wellness, Home & Living Expo, QNET Indonesia is committed to continuously exploring various forms of innovation in introducing products, providing education to the public, and delivering a closer experience with consumers,” Suci concluded.
