DEPOK — Universitas Nusa Mandiri (UNM)’s Margonda campus held its virtual creative discussion, Ngobrol Asik Campus Life (NICE) 2026, on Friday (30 October 2026). Broadcast live on TikTok, the event took the theme “Creative Idea or Practical Solution: What Makes an Innovation Meaningful?” and attracted hundreds of viewers, including university students and school pupils.

As a Digital Business campus, UNM organised the discussion to explain to young people that genuine innovation must be able to address real problems in society. The forum examined DISABI Smart Accessibility, an inclusive transport system for people with disabilities that qualified for the 39th National Student Scientific Week (PIMNAS).

The talk show was hosted by Marriszka Suherman and Khaylila Zakeisha Delfia, with PKM supervisor Johan Hendri Prasetyo and Cahya Widi Salsabila, a Digital Business student at UNM who received a 2026 PKM-VGK grant, as guests.

Lia Mazia, head of UNM’s Digital Business programme, praised the students’ achievement in developing an innovation with a direct impact on society. “The innovations created by UNM Digital Business students show that technological expertise, combined with an understanding of market needs, can produce practical, inclusive solutions,” she said in a statement received on Thursday (5 November 2026).

She added that the programme remained committed to supporting students so their creative ideas could not only achieve success nationally, including at PIMNAS, but also be ready for implementation in industry. “Through a structured research and competition development ecosystem, UNM continues to offer prospective students opportunities to study through monthly instalment plans and the Invitation Route Scholarship (BJU),” she said.
