The Indonesian Plantation Fund Management Agency (BPDP) participated in the Bali Interfood Expo 2026, held from 2–4 September 2026 at the Bali Nusa Nusa Dua Convention Centre (BNDCC), Bali. This participation is part of BPDP’s efforts to expand public communication while introducing its role and programmes to the public, business actors, and stakeholders within the Food & Beverage and Hospitality sectors.

Bali Interfood Expo 2026 is an international exhibition that brings together producers, importers, distributors, HoReCa buyers, food processors, and various industry professionals. This 7th edition featured over 150 companies from more than 15 countries, covering an area of approximately 4,400 m², with a target of over 10,000 trade visitors and more than 500 business matching sessions.

Through the BPDP booth, visitors were able to obtain direct information regarding the agency’s role and programmes. Beyond merely providing information, the booth provided a space for interaction and discussion with visitors, ensuring two-way communication.

“Bali Interfood Expo serves as the right venue for BPDP to demonstrate that plantation commodities are not limited to raw materials, but possess vast potential to be developed into various value-added products. Through direct interaction at the booth, we want the public to become more familiar with BPDP’s role and to closely observe the downstream potential of Indonesian plantation commodities,” said Bryan M. Chaerandi, Analyst of the Institutional Cooperation Division of BPDP, in a statement received today.

BPDP’s presence at this exhibition was also aimed at expanding communication with industry players involved in the development of plantation derivative products.

In addition to hosting a booth, BPDP also involved the MSME Cokelatin Signature in activities to introduce products and business development potential within a forum that brings together business actors and buyers from the Food & Beverage sector.

“We hope that BPDP’s presence in forums such as this does not only serve as a means of information delivery, but also opens more opportunities for collaboration and introduces the various potentials of plantation derivative products to both the public and industry players,” Bryan added.

Throughout the three days of the exhibition, BPDP actively conducted programme education, interacted with visitors, and managed various booth activations. This presence was recognised with an award for the Best Stand at the Bali Interfood Expo 2026. The award serves as appreciation for the concept, presentation, and execution of the BPDP booth during the event.

This achievement further strengthens the function of the BPDP booth as an interactive public communication medium to increase visibility and awareness among the public and business actors regarding BPDP and the programmes it manages.

Through its participation in the Bali Interfood Expo 2026, BPDP continues to promote informative and interactive public communication, while expanding its network with the public, business actors, and stakeholders to support the development and downstreaming of Indonesian plantation commodities.
