Expanding Market Access: Pertamina's Rumah BUMN Presents 13 MSMEs at Central Sulawesi Provincial Jamboree
PT Pertamina (Persero), through the Tojo Una-Una Rumah BUMN, continues to strengthen the competitiveness of local MSMEs through continuous mentoring and expanded market access. This commitment was demonstrated by presenting 13 mentored MSMEs at the Bazaar for the Central Sulawesi Provincial Family Planning Extension Officers (PKB) and Field Officers (PLKB) held in Labuan Village, Ratolaksindo District, Tojo Una-Una Regency.
The event, attended by representatives from 12 regencies across Central Sulawesi, provided an opportunity for the mentored MSMEs to introduce various processed food products and culinary specialties to the public and jamboree participants. In addition to expanding market access, Rumah BUMN Pertamina is also encouraging MSME entrepreneurs to optimise digital transactions through the use of QRIS.
Muhammad Baron, Vice President of Corporate Communication at PT Pertamina (Persero), stated that Rumah BUMN is a manifestation of Pertamina’s commitment to encouraging MSMEs to become more independent, competitive, and capable of sustainable growth. “Pertamina is not only providing promotional space but also mentoring MSMEs to improve product quality, expand marketing networks, and adapt to digital technological developments. Participation in this activity is expected to open new market opportunities while providing a sustainable economic impact for the people of Tojo Una-Una,” said Baron.
According to Baron, strengthening MSMEs aligns with the Government’s Asta Cita mission to drive inclusive economic growth through increased entrepreneurship, the creation of quality jobs, and the development of creative industries. This programme also supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Goal 8 regarding Decent Work and Economic Growth.
Imran Mulyadi, owner of Kopi Tanambi, expressed his appreciation for the mentoring provided by Rumah BUMN Pertamina. He noted that the guidance has not only increased business capacity but also opened wider access to markets. “Rumah BUMN Tojo Una-Una has provided significant support for MSME entrepreneurs, ranging from promotion, exhibition assistance, and business opportunities to packaging development and capacity building. The Rumah BUMN mentors are truly serious about coaching us so that our businesses can continue to grow,” said Imran.
Appreciation was also voiced by the Chairperson of the PKK Driving Team of Tojo Una-Una Regency, Hajar Lawidu. She noted that the presence of Rumah BUMN Pertamina has contributed positively to MSME growth through various training, mentoring, and promotional facilitation programmes. “We are grateful and thank Pertamina for the support provided to MSMEs in Tojo Una-Una. We hope that more local MSMEs will flourish, thereby enhancing the regional economy and community welfare,” said Hajar.
Through continuous mentoring, Pertamina continues to encourage the MSMEs mentored by Rumah BUMN Tojo Una-Una to improve product quality, expand market access, and utilise digital technology to become more competitive and capable of sustainable growth.
